There are now private member’s bills for Ontario (ban under 18) and Manitoba (parental consent under 18). Manitoba just passed the tan tax (7 percent provincial sales tax on UV tanning services). New Brunswick is setting up guidelines for tanning salons, which include a teen ban under 18 and signage for salons.
