He has not stated how he will vote on Senate Bill 746 \u2014 which the Indoor Tanning Association lobbied strongly against. The Chronicle, on its editorial page, argued the bill is among many that should be vetoed. \u201c(The bill) prohibits the use of ultraviolet tanning devices by persons under the age of 18. California dermatologists \u2013 who lobbied for the bill \u2013 also lobbied to protect their right to continue to offer phototherapy sessions to psoriasis patients of all ages.
