With the ups and downs in this industry, some people are so negative and discouraged, so I talk about finding the positive in situations. I also talk about the importance of your personal life. I find that when my personal life is good, my professional life is good. It’s important to know your products and service to do a good job, but if they don’t have the confidence to overcome objections, they won’t impress the customer.<\/p>\n
