The FDA is \u201cre-labeling\u201d its field inspectors, and the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, which oversees tanning equipment, will be allotted \u201cquite a few,\u201d we\u2019re told. Visits are random and inspections will focus on sunlamp products and their adherence to FDA rules and regulations.<\/p>\n
It is an important reminder to be aware of protocol, but you should not have issues as long as you are honest with inspectors and following all rules and regulations.\u00a0Also, be advised that FDA inspectors must declare themselves and show a picture form of ID upon their arrival.<\/p>\n
