Say, &#8220;Look, they\u2019re going to come in, this is the first interview, and we want you to gather a little info and be detectives before we even interview them. The person\u2019s going to come in, and you\u2019re going to find out how they react to being told to wait.&#8221; If they get all bent out of shape, that tells a lot more than vanilla\u00a0 questions you ask back in the interview.
