Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo is encouraging residents of the state to get outside and enjoy the sun and vitamin D. Since being appointed in September 2021, the self-proclaimed “advocate for healthy living” has taken to Twitter to promote healthy habits, such as exercise and healthy eating. In November, he urged residents to take control of their health through exercise and has shown himself running and swimming. Then, earlier this month, he sent another reminder to residents of the Sunshine State:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
