In many of my articles, I\u2019m trying to get you to take control of your decision-making. You have a lot more control over what happens than you think\u2026well at least the opportunity<\/em> to have more control. In this article, I want to go through three scenarios that I think most tanning business employees can relate to.<\/p>\n

The first scenario is a manager position is open and you didn\u2019t get the job. I know what you\u2019re thinking: \u201cIt wasn\u2019t up to me if I got the job or not \u2013 it was up to my boss.\u201d Wrong! You did have control over the situation; you just didn\u2019t realize it. First, the interview for the position started happening on your first day of work.
