SmartSun Therapy now stands out as the only service not fully included in the $99 Wellness+ \u201call-access\u201d membership at Carolina Tan & Wellness. At that level, members do receive four SmartSun Therapy sessions per month, but unlimited access is only available via their $199 Smart Sun membership. With single sessions priced at $125, it\u2019s easy for clients to see the value in the membership options.<\/p>\n
Including limited membership access along with utilizing promotional offers like $50 to add four more sessions has been effective at encouraging clients to try the service and embrace it as part of their routine. Interestingly, Sigmon has found that the first thing tanners who try SmartSun Therapy tend to notice is how much it enhances their tanning results.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhy not make their experience as a tanner even better because I\u2019m giving them a massive boost to their color development by giving them access to SmartSun? Ultimately, that\u2019s converting them to an upper-level or wellness client because then they\u2019re noticing other benefits. We\u2019re introducing it to them and being able to convert them from a $19 membership to a $99 membership,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
But the customers that will ultimately go for the $199 Smart Sun membership are ones who are \u201ctruly battling something,\u201d Sigmon says. Several customers have reported remarkable improvements in their health and well-being thanks to SmartSun Therapy. One client with erythromelalgia, who had not felt sensation in her fingers for years, experienced a return of sensation after starting SmartSun Therapy.<\/p>\n
“She started using it on Wellness+ and told staff she started to have a sensation in her fingertips that feels like bee stings. This is wonderful news. The fact she\u2019s feeling anything is incredible.
