Only 26 percent reported a weaker start to 2012. One in six \u2014 16 percent \u2014 reported no change this year from last year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is yet another encouraging sign that tanning businesses are moving ahead,\u201d Smart Tan Vice President Joseph Levy said. \u201cThere are companies whose models continue to work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/smarttan.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/2012-03-12-Poll.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8415\" title=\"2012-03-12-Poll\" src=\"https:\/\/smarttan.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/2012-03-12-Poll.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"383\" height=\"192\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nearly 6 out of 10 indoor tanning businesses are reporting a stronger start to 2012 than 2011, according to the results of a SmartTan.com poll conducted in early March.
