You will use this customer description throughout the keyword selection process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identify the keywords that potential customers are using to search for your products and services.<\/strong> Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/adwords.google.com\/o\/Targeting\/Explorer?ideaRequestType=KEYWORD_IDEAS&amp;__u=9357640464&amp;__c=4474066704\" target=\"_blank\">Google\u2019s keyword tool<\/a> and enter some phrases that you think reflect the mind-set of someone that would be searching for your products or services. Go through the list and compare each to your customer description, pick the ones that fit and forget the ones that aren\u2019t.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Determine the number of people searching on those keywords.<\/strong> Consider search volume when choosing your top keywords. To get more specific, add in different variations that fully match your customer description. Detailed insights are available through the keyword tool to help you make the right choices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Determine how much money advertisers are making off a keyword. <\/strong>Go to <a href=\"http:\/\/googletrafficestimator.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Google\u2019s traffic estimator<\/a> to see how much each keyword costs.
