Yes and no. Incidence rate for women has gone down since 1985 in the age group 20 to 64 and is increasing for the 65+ age group. Men 20 to 44 are going down and 44+ are jumping and even higher for men over 65. But what is interesting is the mortality rates remain unchanged since 1985, even when you look at the estimated numbers for 2008. The only group that should be concerned is males over 50.
