As we count down the final days before the biggest indoor tanning event of the year, here are a few things to keep in mind to help you make the most out of your Smart Tan Nashville experience:

• Hashtag #smarttan. Take your experience digital by using the hashtag #smarttan on the pictures and other posts you put on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. If you weren’t able to make it this year, search #smarttan on your favorite social media to catch a glimpse of the fun and excitement.
• Stay on schedule. Text “smarttan” to 411669 to receive text reminders for every session over the weekend.
• Go VIP. If you didn’t already register for the VIP Pass, it’s not too late. Sign up at registration on Friday to get access to the VIP Meet and Greet with keynote speaker Tabatha Coffey prior to the the Smart Tan Welcome Reception Friday night. You’ll need your ticket for the Welcome Reception too.
• Use your guide. The Show Guide that you’ll pick up at registration contains maps, schedule, session information, pages to take notes, vendor information and most any information you’ll need to stay on track. It even contains some personal restaurant recommendations from our staff, if you’re not sure where to grub.
• Let us help. If you have any other questions, just look for someone in a blue Smart Tan shirt with “Staff” on the back. We’re not hard to find, and we’ll make sure to get you straightened out.
• Find the Smart Tan booth. The Smart Tan booth will be located on the show floor with the other vendors this year (Booth #909). Stop by, grab an “I’m Smart, I’m Tan, I’m Awesome” t-shirt and check out our new products and the best deals of the year. We’ll also be debuting our brand new UV Tanning Certification, which takes place in our new online classroom that is completely interactive with videos, animated graphics, quick quizzes and role-playing segments.
• See it all. This is your only opportunity to see every UV equipment, sunless, and lotion brand in one place. Take your time and see everything! You never know when you’ll come across something that will make a big difference for your business.
• Keep it comfy. Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to Smart Tan Nashville 2014,but comfort should definitely come first, particularly for footwear, with long days on the tradeshow floor and long nights perusing downtown Nashville.
• Grab some gear. For every Smart Tan Nashville t-shirt you purchase, you’ll get an entry into a special raffle for a Norvell Auto Revolution spray booth. Purchase as many as you like for more chances to win. Plus, all proceeds from the raffle are going to the American Suntanning Association to support efforts to defend, promote and expand the indoor marketing. That’s a win, win, win!
• Experience Nashville. You’ll be busy networking, learning, and checking out the latest and greatest the industry has to offer, but also be sure to take some time to relax and take in all that Nashville has to offer. It’s a truly unique city, and they don’t call it The Music City for nothin’!
