Known for her dedication to rigid skin and health care routines, actress Gwyneth Paltrow discussed her love for sunshine in an interview for British Cosmopolitan last year.
“We’re human beings and the sun is the sun – how can it be bad for you? I think we should all get sun and fresh air,” she told British Cosmopolitan. “I don’t think anything that is natural can be bad for you — it’s really good to have at least 15 minutes of sun a day.”
Paltrow also talked about her dislike of Botox and how she’s able to maintain her youthful appearance through exercise, careful attention to diet, and the right skincare products.
