In January, New Sunshine announced the Meet Up with Kim Kardashian contest, where two salons and two distributors would win a trip for two to meet Kim Kardashian at an exclusive event in Los Angeles. Based on sales volume of the Kardashian Glow lotions, Ultimate Sun, Tan’R U, Four Seasons and Heartland Tan were selected as winners via a random Grand Prize drawing.

Two team members from each of the four winning companies were flown out to LA to meet Kim on March 3rd. The winners gathered in a private room at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel along with other VIP guests for the exclusive cocktail event. There were chefs making fresh sushi, waiters passing hot hors d’oeuvres and bartenders serving up cocktails. Guests were also able to enjoy the beautiful LA weather on a gorgeous private terrace complete with a waterfall.

The excitement continued once Kim arrived! She spent the afternoon mingling with guests and made it a point to spend time with each individual group of salons and distributors. All of the guests noted how unique this event was and what an amazing opportunity it was to meet Kim.

“It’s been really fun developing these products and thank you all for being a part of it! I enjoyed getting to meet all of you and hopefully if I’m in your area I’ll stop by and get a tan”, announced Kim at the end of the day. She then had to jet off (to catch her plane to Paris for Fashion Week!), and New Sunshine took all the guests to Lisa Vanderpump’s (of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) SUR Lounge for a private VIP dinner.
