MAY 20, 2009 — More clients are catching on to the fact that spray tanning in combination with UV tanning is a great way to build a tan while gaining the satisfaction of immediate results, a SmartTan.com poll conducted in May suggests.

According to the poll, 68 percent of salon owners report that the number of clients who utilize spray tanning in combination with UV tanning has increased in the past 12 months, while only 13 percent say that number has decreased. 18 percent reported no change.

The survey finding matches a growing trend in the market of “bundling” spray tanning with UV tanning packages — a combination that will be discussed in a workshop at Smart Tan Downtown: Smart Tan’s 14th Annual Convention and Trade Show, Oct. 9-11 in Downtown Nashville.
