The story of the next generation of tanning equipment that will be hitting the U.S. market soon starts in Germany, which has always been the epicenter for tanning equipment development and production.

In 2017, the leaders of the Sales and Marketing team that helped make their employer at the time the dominant player in the U.S. tanning equipment market decided it was time for a change.

Inspired by the possibilities new ownership at KBL provided, Hans-Juergen Kreitz and Jens-Uwe Reimers took their talents and teams to KBL, adding their expertise to the existing KBL team that was already producing, what some believe, was the industry’s best equipment.

Once in place at KBL, Kreitz and Reimers began their mission to accelerate product development, while at the same time putting in place a distribution network that would allow KBL to become a leader in tanning equipment innovation, distribution, and customer service in the U.S. market.
