Australia’s largest newspaper opened an interesting can of worms recently, reporting that the Australian building industry potentially could be the target of litigation because its outdoor workers are exposed to sunlight which could cause skin cancer.

     “The building industry has been warned to become sun smart or face a flood of skin cancer claims similar to those over asbestos exposure,” the Herald Sun reported. “Each year more than 34,000 workers are believed to suffer skin cancers while working in the sun, including 200 who contract melanomas.” …….READ MORE
