Q: A Palm Beach Tan franchisee in Texas had a woman enter their facility, demanding that her two tiny dogs be allowed into the tanning room with her. She claimed that they were seizure alert dogs. The customer was informed that technically the dogs were not even allowed in the facility because Texas State law says that animals aren’t allowed into the facility unless they are seeing-eye dogs.
