“A lot of clients will “cocktail,” where they do UV and mystic. It drives a lot of membership because they see it as more of a value. When I airbrush people, I have them go into the stand-up after (not before): It helps to dry them and ‘bake it in.’ A lot of people go right over to the stand-up afterwards. They don’t go the full time so they don’t get sweaty — six minutes, maybe”.

“I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I needed to get an airbrushed spray tan for a recent trip to Vegas, and searched around on Yelp before making an appointment. I’m SO glad I went here! The place is extremely clean with a calming atmosphere. The owner discussed color options with me upon arriving and recommended the perfect shade for my skin color. She also went over all the details of how long to wait before showering after the tan, what skin products not to use, etc….

I felt extremely comfortable during the whole process, which is surprising given that you have to strip down completely in front of a total stranger. Before she began she applied a barrier cream to my hands and feet as well as a “pre-spray” to help deepen and even out the spray tan. During the spray tan, she directed me to stand in various positions and she took her time to make sure there were no missing spots. Before finishing she had me check to make sure it was the color I was hoping for, and the whole process took about 15 minutes! She was super chatty and friendly during the spray tan, which helped with the potential awkwardness of it all =)

“I have been going to Ingrid’s for a month now.  I am originally from Florida, and have become quite the paleface living in CA.  I decided to find a tanning salon to go to, and discovered Ingrid’s on Yelp.  I love this place.  It is clean and modern.  The beds are fabulous, and yes, like everyone, I love the chocolate.  They provide personal care items for after-tanning as well.  The staff are always pleasant and helpful.  They don’t just try to take your money, and are very careful to make sure that you tan safely and have a good result.

I now have an awesome tan, and I do feel a little sheepish when people ask me where I have been!!!  But who cares?  I look better, and feel better.  I think the light and vitamin D have something to do with that!
