Show Your Customers What You’re Doing to Protect Them

As your tanning business reopens, or prepares to, the most important thing you can do is take additional measures to provide the cleanest and safest environment possible, and tell your clients about it in as many ways as you can to enhance their comfort and confidence in your business.

This information can and should be conveyed in a number of ways — including on posters and fliers as visibly as possible around the salon — but outside the salon, your efforts can be presented most powerfully in a visual format. Photos that depict the different elements of your protocol will be helpful and easy to produce. But, video will likely garner more attention and give customers the best idea of what to expect when they come back to the salon.
