Indianapolis, IN – This past July, Swedish Beauty was presented with an opportunity to donate over 11,000 Kiss My Tulips™ Lip Balms to Teachers’ Treasures in Indianapolis. Teachers’ Treasures, a nonprofit organization, provides a free storefront for teachers, offering basic school supplies and arts & crafts materials for their students and classrooms. Their mission is simple: to obtain and distribute school supplies for free to teachers of students in need. Through partnering with local businesses, charitable foundations, neighborhood organizations and individual contributors, Teachers’ Treasures fully operates this volunteer-based “Store for Teachers.” Since their opening in 2000, they have given away over $39 million dollars in school supplies and assisted over 250 schools.

This opportunity was something that Swedish Beauty did not hesitate to join. The need for students to be able to afford school and the materials that go along with attending is nationwide, so when asked to participate the brand did not hesitate. “Our hope is that teachers across the Indianapolis area can use our donation during the school year to help provide an enriching learning experience and environment for the children of our city”, explained Carly Griffin, Assistant Brand Manager.
