Q: What are your favorite annual events?

A: We always promote Christmas in July – it’s a big party for the company. We have a Christmas themed party. Next year we are going to a big lake where we’ll eat BBQ, start a bonfire and have lots of fun. We also participate in the festival of lights parade. We put a tanning bed on a trailer and run it on generators. We have a DJ and the staff dresses up and hands out fliers. They love it!

Q: How do you try to increase your market share?

A: Our ad concept is “Tan is Beautiful.” Each month we do a different idea about how tanning is energizing and makes you feel beautiful.
